Entries marked When configured are supported by the product but process data only if that service is enabled for the deployment or feature in use. Model and embedding requests (Conductor AI and vault document search) are sent only through the Cloudflare AI Gateway. Service: Edge hosting (Workers), CDN, DNS, D1 databases, R2 object storage for vault documents, KV rate-limit counters, Workers Analytics Engine telemetry, Turnstile bot challenge on public forms, and the AI Gateway that routes all model and embedding requests (Conductor and vault search).
Data: Account and profile data, vault documents and metadata, request metadata (IP address, user agent), contact-form content, AI prompts, responses, and document text sent for embedding, in transit.
