This page describes how Wentzel Investments LLC, a Florida limited liability company, which operates MAPS™ ("we"), processes personal data that a customer or its users place in MAPS™(including documents uploaded to a deal-room vault) on the customer's behalf. For that data the customer is the controller and we act as processor. For data we collect about visitors to our own website, we are the controller and our Privacy Policy applies.
We process customer personal data only to provide, secure, and support the service the customer has engaged us for, and as the customer documents in the agreement or instructs through its use of the product. We do not sell customer personal data and we do not use customer content to train shared or third-party models.
The product runs on Cloudflare infrastructure, uses per-tenant access controls on vault content, and transmits data over encrypted connections. Our current security posture is described on the Trust & Security page. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we do not claim any third-party security certification.
The customer authorizes the sub-processors listed on our sub-processors page. We require each to protect data under contractual confidentiality and security terms. When we add or replace a sub-processor we update that page and its date. Customers who want advance notice of changes may ask us to notify them, and may object on reasonable data-protection grounds; if we cannot resolve the objection, the customer may stop using the affected service.
We will promptly forward to the customer any request we receive directly from an individual about customer data, and will reasonably assist the customer in responding to access, correction, and deletion requests, taking into account the nature of the processing.
If we become aware of unauthorized access to customer personal data in our systems, we will notify the affected customer without undue delay and provide the information reasonably available to help the customer meet its own obligations.
On termination we will return or delete customer data as set out in the executed agreement. To request an export or deletion of customer data, contact us using the details below.
Our sub-processors are located in the United States, as shown on the sub-processors page. Where applicable law requires a transfer mechanism for personal data moved out of the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, we will agree an appropriate mechanism with the customer in the executed agreement. We do not currently offer a region-pinned data-residency option.
On reasonable request we will provide information needed to show how we meet these commitments. Customers needing more than that should raise it during contracting.
MAPS™ is currently in private beta and sold through direct contact. This page is a statement of our processor commitments; a countersigned DPA is put in place as part of contracting. To request one, email ryan@mapshub.ai or use the contact form. Where a signed agreement conflicts with this page, the signed agreement controls.
